I drilled holes in the trunks and wired 4 trees to a cinder block. Did 8 units. While the wife was sleeping at 2 am I went to the lake, launched the boat and dumped the trees. Found a cinder block will take down only three trees. They drifted and sank. Made good nesting habitat. They will help the lake but I didn't get my instant fishing spot. Did that Jan. 2n last year. This year the lake has been frozen up two months now.
