Unquestionably, Clinton selected individual's with shallow or no understanding of technology. Spending extra on an OS when one can save money in the Armed forces which is not that important anyway as it's only a police force and has no other use, sounds reasonable to me as Bill's plan. This occurred partly because no Engineer I know who is worth his metal can stomach Pig Vomit the impeached Rapist President and most do not hide their feelings when pressed. Engineers as a group learn how to look at facts, the forensics of facts and then build an accurate scenarios of probable cause and effect. That's why every one of the top 20% Engineer's I know all have conservative views on morality and law and behavior. Simply put Engineer's are different enabled in how they think, they apply a rigorous objective set of logic in looking at issues. That why you and I can sit and type somewhere and use a communications system that fails very infrequently. The heart(framework) of this system run's predominately software that is open source and has no contribution from MSFT. For Example, let's take the retarded proposition that dimples were caused because someone was not strong enough to punch out a chad. My visual observations of the ballots on TV led me to estimate that the burst strength of a chad was about 8 ounces. reference... If individuals had problems punching the chad then why did not the democrat lawyers insist that all the voting machine be inspected to find the defective rubber and the damaged/worn guide plates supposedly creating a possibility that someone would have a difficult time even if they were able to apply 5 pounds of force on a chad. My why, either every lawyer and scientist and intellectual on the democrat side is dumber than dirt and did not realize that the machines hold the evidence or they all know that this was a sham argument that was legal but not intellectually honest. WT take a stab at proving to me that they all (the democrats) were just duuuuuummmber than dirt. In the clinton way the means justify the ends and intellectual honesty does not matter. The problem with this is that in engineering lives are literally a small leak away from obliteration and any shrinking from total intellectual arguments leads to disaster. This was the person who would be President accusing(slandering) an elected official of cheating when no such evidence existed in the sworn depositions from anyone that suggested this. The selection of only three heavily democrat counties to look for votes is another form of intellectual dishonesty. Did not one of the top people promoted by clinton also eat a bullet. The direction of a large ship comes from orders from the top. A stupid top a stupid direction. To sum it up, most Engineers I know believe it is more important to create a safe world that puts intellectually dishonest lawyers in the unemployment lines and this work is more important (a lot more fun and satisfying) as it improves and saves lives. What's the point in engaging the likes of Jesse Jackson or other minions of Bill Clinton in baby speak. Bill Clinton on the other hand has over his 8 years assembled an Olympic gold world class team of intellectualy dishonest lawyer to fudge his meanness, mindless dumb ideas into ends. Alas, the white hats are back in town. Black Bart Bill and the Gore of this Loserman administration is slowly being consumed in the honest light of the burning Bush.
