Depending on his attitude and the level of contrition he shows the judge may be lenient but my guess i s that heget the maximum and quite possibly the judge decides to depart upward and make an example of him and give him more than the agreement calls for. Either way he was one stupid idiot an absolute moron. Dumber than a rock.. You cannot put out false info on Public companies, you better have a source for all your info, that you can hang .
