CB - the same is true here in Indianapolis. There has been massive overbuilding of the mini-mansions. Not only are most of them ugly IMO, but they have been built upon some of the best farmland in the world. I have been told by several knowledgeable friends that the commercial RE market has run into serious problems here. Rents for B and C space topped out in 1998, and rents for A space topped out in March of this year.
