Well it is nice to see that there is some life on this board but is there any upcoming news. All I want for 2001 is to see some real news something to prove that this company will survive. I must say Bruce Lewis is Slow with news.

"We are still in a waiting mode although we have been actively buying for the last week.Hopefully once tax loss selling is completed Friday we will see stock price strengthen and hoped for news will be forthcoming"

Gotta love that sentence -- "actively buying" as distinct from "passively buying"? And are you "actively buying" or in "waiting mode", because you can't be in both. And tax loss selling being over hasn't helped TRKR a bit.

Here's a secret:

"News" is not going to save TRKR. As I have chronicled, TRKR has a long history of genuine, good, even fabulous news about deals with real companies.

But for TRKR, news and deals have never been money -- and that's what TRKR needs. Not news. Money.

TRKR's personal property system is a failure -- after 6 years and ZERO revenue we can definitely say that. The commercial property system ain't looking too good either -- considering the company it was supposedly initially developed for, SONY, ain't buying.

TRKR couldn't pay its rent, deftly got its outstanding rent reduced in a settlement to a measily $10k, and still hasn't paid that. So now TRKR is forced like Hester Prynne to walk the streets with that fact plastered on every 10k the company issues. Embarrassing! But hey, this is a company with "great tech" and a "relationship with Symbol" and you betchya if I had a billion dollars I'd invest 5 cents in TRKR.

But I'd probably do better throwing those cents into a wishing well.
