Victor: I have mentioned gold infrequently lately -- a sign of a coming upturn :) ? The dollar has been strong for a long time. The current account deficit was, is and will be an issue. Last March you could have said that tech stocks were over-valued - I know I did. And the answer was always the same "yes but they have been over-valued for a long time and nothing has happened". Well, that proved to be a stupid way to look at it. The same could well be true of your opinion on gold.
