Still dancing with the Bear. The rally continues for now. There are clouds on the horizon though. Possible storm clouds. Is GE about to uncouple its self from being the bell weather of the market? Me thinks not. Actually the decline in GE started before the HON merger. Guess it was based on the fact Welsh is leaving. The HON merger just didn't help. At least that is what I see in the GE PnF chart. The top ten issues of the NDX account for over 50% of the NDX average. Can a rally really be sustained without the top ten ? Me thinks not. Of course these issues could reverse them selves. Me thinks not. I see tons of technical damage in these PnF charts. The DJIA is ahead of the SPX and the NASD. The DJIA is already into heavy resistance while the NASD and the SPX still have a way to go. Or maybe the funds are switching from the hi-techs to the MO, MMM DD,and the EKs. Are these the leaders to build a new bull market on? Me thinks not. But for today the rally continues as the market is setting everyone up for a major head fake. then again what the heck do I know? chartseer
