I think that it is going to give people a last chance to bail out. They ave a conference call in the near future and that might be the reason for the pop, possibly also relaxation of tax loss selling. Having said all that, I would not touch it with a ten foot pole unless they get rid of that floorless equity line, it is a disaster in the making, any rally will be used by the the bandit to short the hell and get people to double down just to see the whole thing dissipate. Unless this floorless is removed, I can see this at a penny or worse. It has already reached the $.25 target I suggested in my Dec 5 post (the stock was just under $1), and unless this CC is really revolutionary, the bump will not go much above the target I suggested in the same post ($1.5 or so), but it is extremely dangerous to play for it.
