imo that dip was too small. remember i could be completely wrong...the market internals support the bull argument, not the bear one. the time frame would be ideally a rally beginning in late jan. / early Feb. , when several longer term cycles bottom. however, i will continue to re-assess the whole premise as things develop...have to keep an open mind, especially in view of the cyclicals and small caps rallying sharply of late.
