...I've never seen the place for junk bonds in my cap app portfolios.

Maybe it's a hidden compartment. It might pay to look harder. If you got your portfolios secondhand, almost anything could be in there. -g-

Michael: Despite the bleak outlook for tech stocks in Q1 2001, several stocks are nearing attractive levels. Specifically, AMAT, SUNW and NT are approaching levels at which I am tempted to begin positions despite the upcoming earnings warnings, etc. My targets are : SUNW at $25, AMAT at $30, NT at $25. What are your thoughts? Am I (once again) trying to "catch a falling knife" or are these good entry levels for franchise stocks that will be much higher at the end of 2001?
