j - 97 years old! Bless her heart. My Grandma Eva lived to be 99 - she passed in 1972. Born just after the Civil War and lived to fly on a jet and see men land on the moon. What a life!

Yes, I'm selling the place myself. No way am I paying some realtor five figures for what I can do myself w/a newspaper ad and a sign out front. Even if I choose to put it on the multiple listing service, thanks to the internet, we don't need realtors for that nowadays.

I'm so sorry about your grandma' suffering. That's truly very old, and if she's ready to go, then I wish her a swift and peaceful passing. My goes out to you, my friend, as I know she's been your most important influence.
