I understood the order of RIBs. ggggggggg The Head and Shoulders has a neckline around 75, so by common practice the measurement target is around 45. Before any QCOM bulls start beating on me, I really dont follow H&S patterns that much since I have seen a significant amount fail. I only mentioned it since the formation of this H&S is so clear. Its almost as clear and neat as one of my DUMPLINGs.
