I would recommend shorting the hell out of them just based on my first hand experience with them.This summer called their phone sales and went through the laptop models based on the features I wanted and they were $300-500 higher than IBM, Compaq, Toshiba on similar specs. Asked the sales guy why and he said "Because we are Dell". Also I worked for a computer rental company last year that bought Dell laptops to supply to Microsoft. Needless to say we got familiar with their service man. They have the same problems everyone else has, so why pay the extra.
