You are perceptibly nothing less than a minion.

The Black Art of Making Money in Penny Stocks
Welcome to the "Black Art of Making Money in Penny Stocks" website.
I'm a long time stock trader and investor and I will provide a
ficticious rendition of how the mind works of a penny stock trader in
the form of a diary.
The information is this document is provided for entertainment
purposes only. Don't be alarmed if the information contained in my
diary resembles real life people, scenarios, places, or events. It's
purely coincidental.
Jonny Wadchuter's Diary
Introduction:
Dear Diary, this is my first entry into my diary and I have decided to join the ranks of "Penny Stock Hypster Extraordinaire".
I have chosen the screen name "Jonny Wadchuter" and I'll use this name
when I log into chat rooms and internet message boards. Funny name
isn't it ? <g>
A penny stock hypster ? How low can I go ? I feel like a sub-human
specie ! Oh well, I know I'm being a bad boy but I need to scam money
out of people. Who cares, if they're stupid to sink their money into
"speculative stocks", that's their problem. <g>
I have an interesting plan, a very organized one indeed. I have a
small following of friends that are interested in making money too and
I have convinced them to join my clan. Since I'm the brains behind
this, I will make all the recommendations and they will be performing
most of the research. This is too cool as I can make money off them
without them knowing my true intentions. What a loser I have become,
making money off my friends too.
I need a name for my clan, what shall I call it ? Hmmm.... I know,
:"Clan Rippenuoff"Seems fitting since all I do is rip
you off. What else do I need to do ? Well, here's my list of things;
Clan Rippenuoff's Agenda
1. I need to organize the people in this clan and assign duties.
Here's the KEY people in my clan. These are the screen names
that they're going to use in chat rooms and internet message boards.
The rest of the clan members are solely there to make a little money
and provide a presence on the chat rooms and internet message boards. We need a nice flood of messages to make it look like something
serious is brewing.
Clan Rippenuoff Main Hypesters
Jonny Wadchuter -
That's me, I am the King Pin, the CEO
of this clan. I make all the calls.
Dave Dikinyeras - My best friend, he will be the main hypster
sitting at my side and the finacial advisor-->Yeah right! <g>
Patricia Perlneklis - She's the "happy" girl, the mediatore when
things get too hot, she comes to the rescue.
Marvin Moenews - The news "guy". Can't make money unless there is
news. <g>
Theadore MeatCleaver - The "Nay-sayer", Scare-Tactics at it's best.
2. I'm going to find a penny stock with some "sizzle" and of course it
must be a stock with a low float so it can easily be manipulated.
I'll start accumulating it behind closed doors. When I am finished,
I will recommend this stock to my close friends and pals (my clan).
I want to be the first one to get a good price, I really don't care if my clan gets the same good deals as I do. I'm a greedy punk !
3. We will spam the chat room and internet message boards with BS and
accumulate a following of Minions, these are the fools that
will be taken for a ride. I will offer these people a free newsletter
to the "insider information" so they can feel "special". Sure, they
may make some money, but I stand to reap the big rewards since I got
in first, and they also provide some support if something bad is too
happen, I can get out of the stock first while telling the minions to
hold on.
4. Since it's easier to convince people to sell their stock than to buy it, I have assigned one of my clan members as the "nay-sayer". His
sole purpose is to bring the stock down using "scare-tactics"
(force a major sell off in the stock) after the clan members sell the
stock and/or if I also decide to take a short position in the stock.
After selling the shares, I may issue a recommendation to the Minions
to start selling their shares and take whatever profits
they have or to minimize their losses, and instruct the nay-sayer to
drive the stock down. Once the stock has dropped, we can
re-accumulate" the stock and repeat the process again. Is this a form
of "cruel and unusual punishment" ? <g>
5. The funny thing about this.... all this is scripted ahead of time.
Lets face the truth, we need alot of people to convince the minions to
buy the stock, but we only need one guy to be the contrarian. While
the stock drops, the clan members will fight with the contrarian to
give the minions the "warm and fuzzy" feeling as the stock declines,
an assurance that everything will be OK.
6. One of the most interesting things about penny stock manipulations
is tricking the market makers to lower the price on the stock by
placing stop loss orders at a very low price and placing limit orders
just ahead of the stop loss order. The purpose is to coax the market
makers to drive the stock down because they see your juicy order to
sell (the stop loss order), and they think they can make a quick buck
by quickly lowering the price to force you to sell your shares at a
lower discounted price, then they quickly raise the price again and
sell those shares for a profit. I'm a sleazy dog, I like to use
level II quotes to accomplish this task. You see, what I do is coax
the market markers to lower the price when they see my big stop loss
order, as the price declines my order to buy more shares gets filled,
then I quickly cancel my stop loss order, subsequently fooling the
market makers. Then the price settles back to where it was. How many
times have you seen a penny stock drop during the trading day on very
little or no volume ? Just remember me when you see this. <g>

Chapter 1: Planting the seeds.

week 1:
Dear Diary, I just finished organizing Clan Rippenuff and we spent the
last week getting online accounts at major chat rooms and internet
message boards. The major ones are "HooYa", "SillyCone Investor", and
"Ray Jin's Bull Dung".

I just setup my threads on these message boards, titled "The Black Art
of Penny Stock Investments". What a name, this should attract some
fools. I can't stop laughing at this. Are people really that naive ?
I must admit, I am enjoying every minute of this. My plan is in motion today, I had my clan members spam the boards to get noticed.

Week 2:

Dear Diary, I just screened a bunch of penny stocks using my "Penny
Stock Tracker 2000" program for stocks that made some major movement
in stock prices. Today's the day to lay out the bait. I am going to
have the clan post messages as if we picked these stocks in the past
but in reality we didn't. Get some suckers to "take the bait". Can
I get away with this ? Sure.... why not, the thread is new and there
is no documentation to say otherwise. Suckers....

Week 3:
Dear Diary, the message boards are doing well, we pulled in some
interesting people, they are inquiring about what the next stock pick
is going to be. Well, the clan an I already found our stock picks
and started accumulating a few weeks ago. These stocks are nothing
more than having my clan search the internet for hyped up stocks and
recommending them as if they were ours. I know that someday we will
have to find some penny stock on our own, but we need to build a base
of minions and get them interested in our movement.

Week 4:

Dear Diary, the clan has been working hard, spamming for the past 3
weeks pulling 12 hour days. I admire these hard working people, I
couldn't do this all by myself. I manage to spend about 4 hours
a day myself. The emails are coming in regarding the free newsletter.
I am really surprised of the positive response. There must be alot of
hard-up people trying to make a buck in the market.
Hahaha!

Week 5:

Dear Diary, a month has elapsed and our first newsletter is going out
tomorrow. We managed to get 20 minions to receive this letter. I
suspect this number will grow as soon as one of our stocks moves
upward. There is bound to be one that moves, then we can spam the internet with "woo-hoo's". What about the stocks that didn't move ?

Who cares, we will recommend to sell them and focus on the one that
did move. All eye's will focus on that stock anyways. This is so
lame, imagine fishing with 1 fishing pole, but now imagine fishing
with 20 fishing poles, one should catch a fish. Shortly afterwards,
word may spread about our little outfit. <g>

Week 6:

Dear Diary, things are going pretty well, our stock is moving up very
slowly, thanks to the other hypsters on the other thread who are
helping our cause, heck, they picked the stock in the first place, we
are just going along for the ride. Group sentiment is very positive,
the minions are pleased. The clan has been working hard to compile a
list of "hot stocks" gathered from all around the internet. Shorty,
we are going to screen some of these stocks and call the company to
find out which ones have news pending in the next few weeks or months.
Screening these stocks is pretty simple, look for low float and if the
company has a website, the better. It is easy to convince buying into
a stock when the company has a website, bizarre, but the minions feed
on this kind of stuff.

Week 7:

Dear Diary, the stock is doing well, we are up almost 50%, but the
hypsters are talking 200% returns. Even I know that is too high and
ridiculous. I think I'm going to sell my shares today and take
the money and run. Tomorrow I will instruct the clan members to dump
also. I would rather be safe than sorry. What about the minions ?
I'm not sure, but I'll instruct them to sell 25% - 50% of their
positions just in case. I don't want to ruin a good start.

Week 8:

Dear Diary, I think I'm going to send the email out every week and
major updates twice a month. These minions are just too antsy, they
want information, news, etc. Our list is finally compiled, we have
two stocks that meet criteria and have news pending in a few weeks.
I will start my accumulation process and notify the clan to purchase
shares, use limit orders to prevent a run up in price.

Week 8: E-mail to Minions

Hello this is Jonny Wadchuter, I just received tons of email from
fellow members and non-members. I'm sorry I'm taking so long to
reply to everyone. Be patient folks! Ok, now back to business.

I suspect there will be Block Buster news coming out in the next two
weeks. I just finished talking to the CEO and they are working on a
major deal. IMHO, the price is very low and we can see a major run up
in the stock price by next month. I will send you more email as I
receive more updated information.

Position yourself wisely and use limit orders so all the members can
get a good price, we don't want to cause a price jump as we
load up. <g>

I will keep you posted! Hang in there!

Week 9: - Stock Promotions

Dear Diary, I have been in contact with a couple of
companies and they're willing to give me shares
if I help promote the stock and hype it up. One
company is offering the stock at half the price,
but I must hold the stock for 6 months. Easy money
either way. <g>

It wasn't easy to convince them, but after I told
them about my research department and internet presence
including email following, they were convinced I could
make a difference. They even told me that they would
give me hints on when I would expect some news releases
to gain the confidence of my following, hoping to
spark a bigger following.

I guess these big shots in these loser companies want
their stock to rise more than I do. <g>

Week 11: I'm in the $Money$

Deary Diary, it has been a little over 2 months now
and I'm sitting on a nice wad of money, what other
reason is my name called the wad chuter ? I throw
my money down the chute. <g> I guess Wadchuter may
have some sexual meaning too. <g> All that matters to
me is money and the nice profit the clan made. None
makes more than me, I just seem to have the uncanny
ability to sell at the right time when hype is at it's
peak.

What do I do know ? The minions want some explaination
as to why to stock is falling slowly. This is the time
to give Theadore MeatCleaver - The "Nay-sayer" a call.
I need him to spam the boards with negative commentary
and scare people to sell their stock.

Now why would I want that to happen ? Why would I want the
stock to drop and lose confidence in my minions ? On the
contrary, this is what's going to happen. I will blame the
decline in price on the Theadore and take the focus away
from myself. Quite simply, he spammed the board and scared
a sell-off in stock.

It's not my fault, the stock did go up and all of a sudden, a
"nay-sayer" came to the party and scared people into selling, what a
nice excuse. <g>

Week 12: Message Board Flaming

Dear Diary, the message boards are going nuts. There's
so many flames against Theadore that I feel it's time
to take him off the threads. I need Patricia Perlneklis,
one of my clan members, to come cool things off.
This is a great strategy. For one, the nay-sayer disappears
from the message boards making it seem like the minions
won the battle (despite the stock having dropped back to normal
levels) and Patricia is good at calming these people down.

Don't these people just get it ? The stock is a loser and
they insist on holding it. Can't they see the hype is over ?
After some peace is restored to the thread, I will provide
a new stock pick for the minions to keep their mind focused
on the future not the past. Once the new stock starts to rise,
they will most likely want to sell their loser and put money
into what appears to be a better stock.

The truth is the minions are just too confused. I keep assuring them
that I haven't sold my shares yet to give them confidence on my
next pick. I even told them that I doubled my position in that
stock at these low levels, what suckers they are.... <g>

Week 13: It's a ZOO in here !

Dear Diary, the free message boards such a HooYA are
thriving more than the subscription based message boards.
I wonder why ? I don't understand why they spend money
on junk penny stocks but they won't shell out the money
for a good subscription based message board ? People are
just too strange. Maybe there's a large base of teenagers
participating in these free message boards because they can't
afford it ? At any rate, it's a zoo in there and I shall
exploit this as best I can. I have another plan.

I have contacted the clan to help determine which characters on the
HooYA message board are teenagers. I wonder if can convince a few of
these individuals to work for me in the stock promoting business that
I'm engaged in for a monthly fee of $100 to $200 dollars. I'm sure
they can use a few extra bucks in their pocket just for logging
into the message board for a couple hours a night and keeping the
thread active. What a plan, now I'm a stock promoter/exploiter, I'm
moving up in the ranks. <g>

Week 14: Information Overload

Dear Diary, I'm getting bombarded with so much email and private mail
on the message boards that I just don't have the time to deal with
these minions and their stupid questions. Why can't they just
leave me alone!! It takes up too much of my time to respond to every
request. If I don't reply to each email, I will lose the confidence
of the individuals. Do you know how much confidence I give these peons
just by replying to their mail ? If I told them to jump off the
bridge into freezing water, they would ask me "with or without
clothing on". <g>

I have to expand the clan and add a new member. The "email-guy".
What a cool plan!! I need someone to screen all my emails from the
minions and reply back to them as if they were I. How do I get away
with this ? I will tell the minions that I'm getting a new internet
service provider with a new email account because my current service
provider is poor and can't handle the load.

The minions will be instructed to reply to the new email address and
not to use my current address. The new clan member will actually be
the one getting the new account and to make things look legit, he will
use an email address that's similar to my own. They'll never figure
out this scam. His job is to login and check the email and respond to
basic questions. For more serious questions the "email-guy" will
forward the messages to me and I will reply back to the minion. This
should eliminate 90% of the dumb emails I get from these minions.

Week 15: The Circle

Dear Diary, I just finished making my rounds calling the BIG WIGS of
these penny stock companies. One of them must know how this penny
stock game is played because they have more news coming and they're
very excited to make the price of their stock increase. Increasing
shareholder value is what they say, yeah right!! <g> They are in
it for the money as I am, screw the shareholders!

From the looks of it, we might have another ride coming from that
stock that I already raked money from. This should calm down the
minions and strengthen my position with the ones that lost money.

I'm going to send out my newsletter suggesting that they increase
their position in the stock. Perhaps if they are lucky this time
around, just maybe they can make a few bucks, I don't care, I already
made my cash.

The most important thing I need to do is get them to think I'm the
king of penny stocks! I noticed there are a few smart individuals
amongst the minions, these characters must be wiser than I thought,
perhaps they're experienced in this penny stock game or just mature
stock traders or gamblers. I've been doing some research on these
characters and they seem to be on the message boards very frequently
participating in many threads.

I'm going to take a chance and make a few individuals my "messengers".
I sent them email and gave them my phone number. I mentioned in the
email there are things that I can't discuss on the forums and they
should call me asap. I think if I personally talk to a few
individuals and tell them that there's news coming, I have a suspicion
they might just spread the word across other threads. By having them
spread the word, this should takes some eyes off of me for a moment.
The last thing I need is some legit nay-sayer to notify the SEC and
point the finger at me regarding insider information.

When the news finally comes out, the messengers will be amazed at my
prediction and gain my trust. They will spread the word that I'm the
"king" and this should ripple through the message boards, more minions
come to my following and more people to spread the hype with the same
enthusiasm as I have.

This is an update to my "Circle", Clan Rippenuoff.

"The Circle".

Layer 1, the inner core: "me", the one and only. <g>

Layer 2, the next outer layer: Clan Rippenuoff.

Layer 3, the messengers: a new addition to the circle.

Layer 4, the minions: the cattle that I sacrifice and feed off of.

This is becoming very organized. The more layers I add to my clan,
the better chance of isolating myself from controversy.

Week 16: Another New Stock Pick!

Dear Diary, I just sent out this newsletter (below) to my minions.

The Black Art of Making Money in Penny Stocks Newsletter

!! ATTENTION !!

New Stock Pick: BULBZ

Hello everyone, I've been researching my latest stock pick for the
past month and I think I found a gem!! I just got off the phone with
Mr. Burnz, the CEO of this company called "The Burnz-out Light Bulb
Company". They manufacture light bulbs that will burn out after a few
days of use. The focus of this company is to make the consumer
purchase more and more lights bulbs as they burn out quickly, thus
increasing their revenue. They had some problems with manufacturing,
the light bulbs were actually working and lasting for a long time.

They made some process tweaks in the past few months that allowed the
light bulbs to burn-out within a few days of use. It seems they've
narrowed the problems down and they are geared for full production.
The beta sites have reported many light bulb failures in the past
month, looks good so for.

Hello gang, I just wanted to send out an early newsletter because it
was brought to my attention that "Milwaukee Monkey Manure
Incorportated" is in the process of securing additional financing from
a Prince in Egypt for 2 million dollars. The Prince is very
interested in investing in this new fertilizer company. The market
for this special fertilizer is growing very rapidly and the fertilizer
industry is starting to look at this. I feel our little company has a
technological advance in producing this unique "monkey manure".

This industry is estimated at 2.0 billion dollars! The company has
hired an outside firm to evaluate their test results and they have
confirmed that monkey manure makes grass grow 50% faster. The only
drawback is the monkey manure smells worse than regular fertilizer
when sprinkled on your lawn. I can assure you that these are minor
problems. The company has known about this for a long time, even from
early testing, the monkey dung smells bad.

Don't be alarmed, they found a solution. They are spraying generic
"perfume" on the pellets during manufacturing to mask the bad smell.
I have sampled the manure myself and it smells good. At any rate,
the Prince is going to purchase 2 million dollars worth of stock
and I suspect this will run up the stock. Get aboard this week
and lets take this stock for a ride!!

Week 18: Oooh That Smell !!

Dear Diary, the penny stocks are doing well, most notably, the company
that manufactures "burned-out light bulbs" and "monkey manure". I
must have hit a nerve on the internet, the response is overwhelming
after both companies released a press release. It looks like this
ride is going to be fun!!

I've been very active on the internet telling people about the big
demand for burned-out light bulbs and how the company is so small in a
possible $5 BILLION dollar light bulb market.

The minions are feeding like crazy on the monkey manure company. Now
I have minions talking about "Milwaukee Monkey Manure" as possible
takeover target from a larger fertilizer company.

The minions have taken a liking to this fertilizer. Some have
requested sample monkey manure just as I did 'NOT' (even though I told
them I did <g>) to test out. From what I'm hearing on the internet,
they're interested in the product not because the grass grows 50%
faster, but it smells like designer perfume. Some suggested grinding
the monkey manure and adding some dilutant and using it as regular
perfume for those hot dates. Why not ? They get a $hit-load
of manure for alot less than buying the real designer perfume, good
idea. <g>

Week 19: Lights... Camera... Action...

Dear Diary, the clan has grown to 10 loyal members and they're
more motivated than ever to make MORE money after making a killing
on our previous penny stock picks. They don't mind the long
hours online. Things are going as planned and now I'm ready to
implement a very clever and evil plan.

My threads go "Hollywood"... Lights..... Camera..... Action..

The clan has agreed to create 4 additional accounts on
these famous stock message boards, some free, some are subscription
based. I told the clan members to create 5 online personalities and
play the role of each personality when they log into the message
boards.

Imagine 10 clan members with 5 online accounts, that's 50 people
posting on the message boards creating the illusion of many interested
individual investors. Hahahah!! Suckers!!

Week 20: Spam... Spam... Eggs, Bacon, and Ham...

Dear Diary, the clan members seem to be enjoying themselves
after all of us created 5 online accounts. Now we have
multiple personality disorder, Hahahaha!!

There are only 10 of us, but we post as if there were 50 unique
individuals on the message boards. Our threads have made the top
ten list on some of the forums due to the high posting activity.
Fresh meat is coming to our threads on a daily basis, thanks
to those top ten lists. <g>

A few of my clan members really enjoys talking to their alter
ego on the threads. He/she will post messages with one character,
then log in later and post with another replying to messages that
he/she wrote previously and visa versa. Most of the time they're
talking to each other. This is working quite well.

Week 21: A Dog Resumes Trading Again

Dear Diary, one of my HOT stock picks of the past
is now resuming trading again. I think the 1 cent
price might entice people to take another stab at it
since it was trading at 50 cents before the delisting
to the pink sheets <g>

I guess I feel bad for some folks who lost their $ss in
this stock....... NOT !!

I'm going to move some money into this 1 cent turkey
and dump at 2 cents !!!! No-Brainer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just sent out this update to my email minions.

"Hello gang, I heard from an old contact from long ago who's
name will remain anonymous. The stock may be headed for the 2 - 5
cent range due to existing assets. There has been some increasing
volume in the stock of late and nobody seems to know why. I suspect
it could be due to final liquidation or a buyout of the stock symbol
via a reverse merger. A great 1 cent speculation, load up !"
