does anybody care to check what are on the new high list and what are on the new low list ? internals are good dont mean tech stocks are good - most stocks on new high list are smallcaps or even microcaps in areas outside tech. You can tell lots of them are small banks. check it out on wsj or barron. and new low list is peppered by tech dogs, big and small. the biggest is INTC. I bet most of us dont know any of the names on the new high list but find quite a few familiar names on the new low list. NDX, of course, is dominated by bigcap techs. NEW 52-WK.
