Well, you could be right. I have no clue. I was disheartend when, in the final hour, they did not come in to buy. Yes, it was a very ugly close. I sold my SSTI at the close for tax loss and bought more RMBS. I think your assessment of Greenjeans is correct-right on the money. We have all been fighting the fed all year long and guess who wins? I must admit, I got caught up in this New Economy crap and really felt it WAS different this time with the tech revolution and all, but it's never different-all manias end badly. I really am a believer in these companies longer term however, but we could go lower or even base for a while-who knows.

The amazing this is, despite your dour predictions, you are still long Qualcomm. I think you may be more optimistic than you are willing to admit <lol>.

Good news about Q and Alltel, wasn't it? And they haven't warned, except for announcing the one time $80M payment due to the Korean Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute. I'd guess that's factored in by now.

So with Q in good shape and a rate decrease coming at the end of January, what else should we worry about <lol>?
