It is......but with richer deals. If you want to review an arb opportunity near 30% ,(just review it....), look at the ADAP (Adaptive Broadband) and WMUX buyout of ADAP. PLEASE! This is NOT investment advice. I am NOT advocating taking any position in this deal. However, just run the numbers and do your own DD to see if this type of thing works for you. I have no position in either stock, and I am not, at this time, doing this arb. But it's another one that's interesting to study on paper (for now), for sure. Steve
