Sure, Pete. A complete refutation? Easy for you to say, I cited a number of articles, and I could have cited many, many more. I give your assertion on that one exactly the same degree of confidence I give your original "Oh, any Patriot didn't destroy any Scud... " crapola. I think you don't know what you're talking about, and you're willing to spew any Tom Clancy technobable that you can think of off the top of your head. Some flack VP of Raytheon has about as much credibility as you do on the matter.
