A Review of Select Fund Investing Methods

There are 4 methods:

1. Buy and Hold.
This is for long term investors. Buy good funds and keep the funds. Don't forget to watch trend lines or moving averages. Sell if a fund breaks its long term trend line, or moving average.

2. Buy strong funds.
Buy strong funds. If Fund X losing strength and becomes a weak fund, switch to a strong fund. The cost of a short term exchange is 0.75%.

3. Buy beaten down funds that have high probability to recover in 6 months.
This is looking for good values, bargain hunting.

4. Special situations.
New development that could change the outlook of a sector.
