I think it is in late January. I don't think they'll cut, except if price is under $22/brl. In any case, their plan is to keep oil between 22 and 28. Which is probably OK for everyone, especially the E&P companies. But OPEC might not need to cut any production at all. Iraq has not sold much oil for over a month. And as long as that suspension is in place, there will not be excess supply.

How were the latest inventory figures ? I think they were at all time low, even though imports were at all time high. I wonder if talk of oil glut is just b.s. from US energy dept. to give the impression of oil glut and to cause lower prices that way.
