Yes, I too have given thought to the possibility that the producers of those ads were taking hallucinogens, and that they had no idea how obnoxious those ads would appear to viewers, and worse, prospective customers. I've sat through one or two complete shoots, mostly out of disbelief and curiosity. Now I hit the mute button until the news, or whatever, reappears.
