John,

The bursting of quotes is on the 128k feed in Snyvale and Herndon... Boston doesn't currently have that problem. As you pointed out, we have a limited number of servers in Boston. We will be putting Snyvale on the IP Feed very soon, and that will relieve the stress on the Boston servers tremendously.

John Sugas, Thanks for the post. I'm not glad you're having a problem too but I'm glad to know that I'm not alone. I'm only working on the Boston servers so I'm where Qcom says we're supposed to be. I have two machines (Win2000,Win98) and by the end of this next week I expect to have a better idea of where most of my problem is coming from (I'm even going to have another telephone line put in from a different company). There's so many variables (phone line, phone company, cable modem, internet backbone, yadayada) it's hard to see where most of my problem is coming from. I'm one with your comments though. There were many times this last week that the QCharts feed would hang (I was on Boston the whole time) but my quotes from InteractiveBrokers were still going. The day RavenQuote gets their software working with a better feed I'm outta here. Thanks again for the reply. John.
