Charley, Good post. Just the other day there was this obnoxious article in the Los Angeles Times about how Yugoslavia is having all these power short- ages from "socialist" era planning and so forth. Not one mention of the effect of the air war on the countries electrical production, oil refin- eries, railroads, etc. Funny how here in Cali- fornia we are indeed suffering power shortages as a result of poor planning...no mention of that in the article. Its like the LA Times is now covering up the tragedy of Clinton's stupid war. I fowarded a copy of that article to the editors just to let them know what fools they be. -John
