Hmmmmm... no one home today, I guess. I just got a new scan from Quotes Plus that seeks out what the institutions are buying. For 12/29/00 it produced not a single Tech, Healthcare or Pharmaceutical stock. QP says most of these would benefit from a rate cut, which may be some of the reasoning behind their buying. Interesting how the 8e/10s MAX would have put us into some of these a few points lower than they were on Friday.
