(NasdaqNM:GSPN - news), a developer of digital subscriber line integrated circuits that deliver high-speed communications over phone lines, said on Thursday that its fourth-quarter pro-forma earnings and revenues would meet or exceed estimates. It provided no details in a statement. Analysts on average expect the company to post earnings of 19 cents a share, up from 1 cent a year ago, according to First Call/Thomson Financial. The company's shares rose $2-53/64, or about 10 percent, to $31-1/4 on Nasdaq on Thursday.
