I own some RYVYX and that would have been much preferable but I felt it could be a violation of the wash rule since it also is indexed to the NASDAQ 100 making it "substantially similar". Since I took a rather large loss and I have heard some say the IRS may be on the watch this year given all the losses expected, I felt if I was going to do it I would do it in a way that would leave no question about the wash rule. I do understand that accountants differ on this
