I'll have you know that many years ago Dan was in charge of paying the bills and we got so many cut-off notices, I took it over.
And I rarely forget to pay.
I think maybe the gas bill went into a college application. Somewhere there is an admission's officer wondering why Ammo sent in his family's gas bill instead of his essay on Why He Wants to Attend Podunk U.
