This is a criticism of Clinton. That release was all show and helped nothing. I have (somewhat) mixed feelings. I can see helping out Northeasterners with a bad winter. BUT: Weren't those reserves supposed to be for the military in case of national emergency? I also didn't care for him selling the Elk Hills Naval Reserve to OXY (Gores big holding). Well, yes, he should have been impeached also for that.
