Did you know that the system slated for deployment Real Soon Now had, as of 1999,
only succeeded in 3 out of 17 tests? Under ideal conditions, of course, where they knew exactly when and where
the interceptee was coming from beforehand. And the 3 successes weren't clustered near the end of the series,
either.

Holy Gawd! Ain't nothing funny about that bunch of facts.

I get more and more scared as each week passes, to be honest.
