I do need some help here, the meager between ADAP and WMUX is that every share of ADAP covert to 1.345 share of WMUX. So, if, at today's price, WMUX is around $7 shouldn't ADAP be $7 x 1.345 whatever that is? Instead of $3? I am confused here. If ADAP will ultimately drags the price of WMUX down to this level, or eventually, the deal went through and ADAP covert 1.345 times of WMUX then, shouldn't people either buy ADAP at current price or short WMUX if ultimately these two will become one? You make money both ways, right? BTW, you mentioned that you own shares of Fusion, is it the company which sales UV light etc. ?
