i've used it on two machines, about a year ago. it was fun to play with, but i ultimately felt that it took too much mem to run it! the irony being that if you have enough ram, you don't need memturbo, but if you don't have enough ram and feel you need memturbo, it uses resources to run. #reply-12509573

at least a few people here have installed and uninstalled memturbo. i'm not aware of anyone still using it.

Joe, just like mr mark I used it over a year ago. They want $20 to keep it and I decided buying more memory was a better investment. Especially now that memory is very cheap.

PS: Even with more memory there is still the problem of unused files not being closed by the programs that opened them. But it is then less important.
