You know Jacque Barzun was on cspan2 talking about his book today- From Dawn to Decadence. It's an interesting book- I don't agree with him completely, but it sure is interesting. Anyway, he has a theory about boredom- that it is an integral part to decadence. I'm not sure we are in decadence, or that boredom is as pandemic as Barzun thinks it is, but your comment made me think of it.

I certainly am not bored. If anything I am frustrated by the number of things I want to learn, to see, to do, and the small amount of time I am given to do everything in. On the other hand, if I had eternity, I am sure I would get nothing done. I need something more than what I get but something less than eternity. Now who do I speak to about that?

A couple of things about your post.

"than continually exposing them over and over so early on, to an image of a dying martyred young Jewish philosopher, being horribly crucified by the Romans, on a cross." His birth, life, crucifixion and resurrection are all integral parts of his message just like your post is yours. It's none of my business.

"Have you ever seen a sunrise or sunset" Yes? "Inside yourself have have you looked as well." After reading your post I'm contemplating looking for a cutting instrument. Does that help you?

"If people wanted to portray Jesus as he truely was, as a "Savior" it would be in a pose of ascension or in the act of being Babtised." How exactly does one go about being Babtised these days?

"One doesn't really extinguish the Evil of Hitler by pushing it endlessly over and over again in childrens faces"
I think there are some Jewish people who would disagree strongly with you. The Hitler episode will be a cultural icon for Jews until the end of time. Discuss with them letting go, it is lost on me. I did ask a German once why his parents voted for Hitler, he replied the Germans would have voted for the Devil because of the state of the fatherland. In other words rational intelligent people had elected Frederick Smart's mongoloid idiots to run their country. The Smart Mongoloids ran the country into the ground, and to set it right they elected Hitler with a flame thrower, i.e. they relinquished their EGO and got two monsters for the price of one.

"and fables long since proven false and unbelievable , of virgin births and garden of edens , and promised holy lands." You left out fire breathing dragons and unicorns.
There may very well be a God, if there is, I would not try and understand HIS mind. Either way I rather like those fables, you and your mongoloids can't have them, they belong to me.

I suggest you scramble up the tree and begin the chatter song of the Smart Mongoloids. I anticipate several generations of idiots can be successfully bred using your genes. Before you scurry off here is a quote from Chesterton to contemplate before you slip on a banana peel.

"Tradition is the democracy of the dead"
G.K. Chesterton.

i.e. you're alive, your Budda boy was still born, don't relinquish your EGO and your only life to a grinning dead monster.
