Having a house party tonight, here is the menu: * Slow Roasted Prime Rib, seasoned just right. * Jumbo Shrimp, either grilled on a skewer, deep fried or cooked (cold) with cocktail sauce. * Twice-baked potatoes * Ceasars Salad * Homemade Bread * Appetizers include Raw Ground Round on Rye Bread with onions, etc., Cheese, Crackers, Venison Sausage, Hot Artichoke Dip, etc. Of course there will be plenty of Beer, Whiskey, Champagne and Tom & Jerry's. Wife and I are having 3 other couples over. I had to work from 10pm - 6am over last years New Years Eve due to the Y2K scare. Gonna let it snap tonight!!! YEEHAA!!! Happy New Year!!! Cheese
