Poet: It's really as loud a call as we've had in many years for the left to wake up and organize. The labor movement has been dismantled. Welfare has been trashed. The social safety net has been torn apart. Now they are moving to rip up the public schools, destroy a abortion rights etc. etc. And they've stolen an election to carry out this agenda. I don't know what else it will take to wake people up. Im a great believer in what Joe Hill said: Don;t mourn. Organize! No time like the new millenium! Best to you. M2
