Mike, Thanks for the compliment. And yes 1X growth rate is an overly simplistic metric with the short comings you mentioned and more. I mentioned it only because that in turbulent times as these it's good to start with the simple basics first. If a holding/candidate doesn't pass valuation 101 then it must score very highly in all other valuation metrics pertinent to the holder. Valuation is a very complex issue. I think it can be atopic of never ending discussion. Re Spinco, I am anxiously waiting to see the valuation placed on it by the market. 100
