Hya chartseer, I don't know about this penny stock business. I've got one (long term large position) that if it doesn't trade between now and eom (not unusual), I will be down 38% based on Friday's bid and ask. Heck, there used to be a 100% spread when the price was lower. These sleazeballs don't have to display your bid either. And then they passed a shareholder resolution at the annual meeting forbidding anyone with 4 1/2% or more of the shares to buy or sell for over 1 1/2 years. Their lawyers said this was legal. Guess what that did for the volume.

Don't forget, you can cover a Zcontest pick prior to 1/31 and you lock in that gain or loss for the contest. let see, according to your theory, you would go long on tuesday, sell on thursday and reverse, going short for the next 3 days, then go long again, then short, then long. whew. in this zcontest, can't do that, but can in real life. larry
