5.) To get instantaneous free email alerts for our investigative reports, you must sign up at insidetruth.com ( it is 100% free ) The author of each report will be NAMED by his net alias and each author is soley responsible for the contents of his or her own report, if more than 1 person wrote a report they will both be listed. Always assume the author is long or short the reports topic. ( Except Truthseeker, he doesnt trade )
6.) Private site trades will not be allowed on Raging Baloney, Yahoo or any other message board. If I release a trade on the net publicly it will only be posted here on this thread and The price that it was called initially on the private site will be included so you the lurkers and the public can decide if it is something that makes sense to you. ( for example, a short HAND call at 68 on the private site, may very well be a great trade here even at 65 or 60 for that matter, either way you have a right to know )

7.) I never cover into any Short calls,,, ever, that is against everything I stand for !!
8.) All comments are my opinions and my beliefs whether they be right or wrong is irrelevant, they are my opinions.
If you want squeaky clean backround guys than this isnt the right place for you. Some of us used to be creeps and crims and have seen the light and understand that in order to stand up and throw stones with that kind of backround.You only get one chance and you better never screw it up. 9.) We cannot stand sellside Analysts and Firms they are our targets...they are the public's Number 1 enemy.
10.) My feelings about the NASD do not extend beyond the Coroprate and regulatory structure and the inherent Conflict of Interest present in our markets. I have no beef with any one individual.
11.) I do not attack people and unless that person is clearly a " tout " or a promoter or if it turns out he or she is somehow related to the target at hand. Or unless I see a person clearly violation a law as I interpret them.
12.) If a trade is called on SI, then I will also close it on SI, I will do so within a few minutes after The private members have been notified.
13.) I have no track record and I offer no such calculations, some people say Im good, a few others say I suck. There are almost 70,000 posts here I suggest everyone who hasnt to start at the beginning and read them all. It is quite a soap opera.
14.) When I call a stock a turd or a POS ( piece of shit ), it doenst necessarily mean it is literally a POS, i have called IBM a POS at times but Im clearly a fan of IBM, it depends on the context of the dialougue.
15.) Allocation and Money management, I suggest everyone listen to these free audios to get an idea of how I do it .

16.) Pay all your taxes, especially on any offshore accounts and I do not answer tax questions. I report everything.
17.) If you have a question about a stock, asking, " What do you think of ABCD ?" is not good enough . please elaborate why you are considering it also, I need more info to take the time to assess it better.
18.) Anyhting sent to me becomes my property and I have a policy of protecting every source, and I never re-print anyones names or info without their permission. So if you sent it to me, than you know it's safe.
19.) Law Enforcement: It is a fact that the SEC, FBI and other law enforcement agencies monitor this thread, so keep that in mind when posting any information, be sure it truthfull and free of fiction. You can talk about anything you want provided it is the truth. Truthfull opinions are also protected. For example,.. If I said: " I hate Branniff Airlines I think the company smells worse than The Driver of a Used Smelly Ugly-ass Arnage " That statement would be protected under your constitutional right to free speech, but if you said: "The Used Ugly- Ass Arnage Driver has sex with squirrels and fondles himself every morning at the Bus stop at 7 am", then you better have pictures of him doing those things incase the Ugly Arnage driver takes exception to it. But you could say "I think that all Ugly-ass Arnage Drivers have inferiority complexes and are evil" The word "Think "is all you need in the USA. But you should really think it if you are gonna say it.
20.) Litigation: more and more recently Scammer Companies have taken action against posters on the net for being critical and or exposing their pathetic companies or exaggerated claims. I have been sued a number of times for such things , yet have never lost a case , maily due to the fact that I post only the truth as I see it. Here in America that is not a crime. If you want to be warm and fuzzy and sip Cocoa by a fireplace feeling great about stocks and the markets, Gilder, Harmon, Cramer, Abby Cohen, Bludgeon, and a basket of another 2 dozen just like em can help you in that regard. Just make sure your pocket is buttoned up.
21.) REPORTS: Each and every report we publish if it goes through me or insidetruth.com, is sent to both the FBI and the SEC, it is very common for us when uncovering a scam or an impropriety that we will contact these agencies before a report is even concluded.
I NEVER KNOW IF THEY ARE GOING TO DO ANYTHING OR NOT, I HAVE NEVER KNOWN, MOST OF THE TIME THEY IGNORE THE STUFF I GIVE THEM, .
One might ask arent you just doing this to profit at the expense of the shareholders,, they lose you win. Yes we have profit motive in doing this, but It is a noble career and profiting at the expense of Touts , Creeps, Crims and Scumbags is money that is Sacred and Holy. You can feel good about yourself doing this work, plus the pay aint bad if you are right. To existing shareholders we wish them our condolences, But my concern is with mainly future Shareholders, Millions of people have been saved over the years from buying thses turds that we have uncovcered.
If you are serious about empowering yourself with knowledge, serious about asking hard questions of those On Wall Street, Serious about making a differnece , serious about helping cleaning up Wall Street as you try and make money, serious about having alot of fun , serious about being consistent, serious about improving who you are , serious about dealing with honest and truthfull posters, and serious about learning how to research and question things better than you have ever done before. Than Hopefully this thread can be your home. It is almost a ceratinty that if it posted here by one of us. It will be the truth and you can take that to the bank.
We have never been disproven yet and since we are limited to only posting what we believe to be the truth and since we actually believe what we say, we never have to worry about conflicts of interests.
