This deal would be good for GENI and potentially bad for FASH shareholders. I don't understand what is holding up GENI's stock price. Check out GENI's financial statements. By their own admission, they only have enough cash to last through mid-2001. If the interim statements were audited, GENI would have a "going concern" opinion. Why would FASH management want GENI shares, particularly when they would probably be locked up for some period of time. Narasin would be within his rights to reject the deal.
