Geek here....

starting computing in 1981...
charter member of Prodigy (back when it was just in two markets)
long time aol member.
early BB and "Net" user...actually sent Netscape their $ way back when...lol (it was voluntary...to pay)..same with mIRC

and CheekyKid is right about...people will be using the Internet and not even realizing it..

look at the influence the Internet has had...just on investing... or the power of "email"
the ability of anyone to sell or communicate anything..(almost) anywhere..(almost!)

when we have ultra wide band...it will really get amazing.
check out time-domain.com for info on "bandwidth" as free as "water"

smile....MIR

I agree 100% that it will be a big business it already is a big busines but they will trade at the same multiples as the oldies like T and the Bells trade at..nothing more( CSCO still has PE of 65-80 depending on their next eranings and slower growth might even raise it higher )...so many are still a bit poofy , kinda like my hair at times. Non event is dependant on how you describe it.
