I think the yield of around 6.5% is nice while waiting for the market to find it's sea legs.
AG's lower rates will increase the value of the Gmae bonds a little but these are not really 30 year bonds because of all the refinancing.
You may get 2-5% increase in value of the bonds to go with the 6.5% yield. I would take 10% for the year.
