I don't know the answer to those questions any more than you or anyone else. Casey is dead. RR steadfastly maintained he was not aware of the situation until Alzheimer's did him in. GHWB has maintained his innocence similarly. The thing about Bush and RR, is that they are generally to be beleived as opposed to Clinton who has no track record with the truth.

As for Slick, we do know what he was up to. Remember the little blue dress?
