That's it in a nut shell, same trap Japan fell into, bad decisions ? Hell they are letting the Wall Street Crooks make em for them. Remember Orange County, that's the future of most State run pension funds. They will cover up losses with State tax increases on every thing from sales tax , gasoline, electricity, you name it they can tax it. Hell water is Taxed (by proxy) in my county, next comes the very air I breath. No joke they intend to pass on the cost of pollution control to every living person, while they let the BIG polluters off the hook. Jim
