Fred: You are of course right, each of them has only one vote. But is it sufficient to lump the votes and go by the total of "votes" by whomever, for whatever reason? Yes, to some extent the individual views will balance out, but my suggestion is that we look behind the "votes" and much more importantly, include nonquantitative factors too. Best.
