I would not allow Sellside analysts Firms to sell a single share into the mkt after a buy rec,,, they say buy it, they better do it,,if they want to sell then they should say sell..practice what ya preach thing.

I would also force each analyst to buy his own pick either minutes before or after his report goes out and sell it only after he advises everyone else to sell it.

I would also preclude the Underwriters from ever being able to speak on their customers, No Sellside reports period.

The last thing their salaries and bonuses should be 100% dependant on the performance of their picks ..period
