Zeev, it would appear that these commissions are ALL going forward. It also appears that these commissions and their attendant cost will be borne by TIGI as a whole without any consideration to the costs of doing business being deducted before allocation of same commissions. They will be calculated against Gross Revenues and not net profits.

Furthermore, what were the 35,000,000 shares paid to the Affinity partners in payment for? Especially since the original negotiated price for Affinity was for 4,500,000 shares not 35,000,000 post split shares. It would appear that any debts of the previous heretofore private company to the partners, would have been more than made up for in the sale of the company and exchange of tradeble shares.
