EL - I think that we are seeing what can be dscribed as 'volatility' surrounding the whole complex of the leading manufacturers, the Q, the leading SPs as we are getting near to finally arriving at decisions for soldifying the future of this whole issue.

We are getting to the point that the entire worlds mobile wireless structure is going to be decided once and for all. There is bound to be considerable turbulence as we get closer.

There are enromous sums at stake not to mention the mainstay of the GDP of a couple of countries. Other than military it is probably the biggest single slice of the Worlds GDP for the next few years.

It is also the confluence the convergence of all that most Western orientated countries see as the future of their entire peoples namely internet, videotaiment, telecommunication etc.

Best regards,

L
