Aus - SNDK 256 MB flash ..from Results From Operations - Sep 00 10K Product gross margin increased to 33% of product revenues in the third quarter of 2000 compared to 24% for the same period in 1999. For the nine month period ended September 30, 2000, product gross margins grew to 32% from 26% for the same period in the prior year. These increases in gross margins were primarily due to the lower cost per megabyte of our 256 Mbit flash memory products which represented a majority of our shipments in the first nine months of 2000. We currently expect product gross margins to improve by approximately one-half percent in the fourth quarter of 2000 based on anticipated continuing improvements in manufacturing yields for our 256Mbit .24 micron technology.

Any ideas what this all means?

Best regards,

L
