You've forgotten one so far. The king of small cap biotechs is Biomira (BIOM) from Edmonton. Fully enrolled (any day) 900 patient phase III test for theratope, a synthetic breast cancer vaccine. Partnership with a major household name pharmecutical company coming in first quarter 2001. First look at phase 3 data and likely application to FDA summer 2001. This would give them the worlds first breast caner vaccine two years ahead of the nearest competition. Follow on products are vaccines for lung cancer, leukemia.

Congratulations are in order (and also checks).

The portfolio entry by Muse appears to be in the lead, up about 41%, with the runnerup at about +27% (unless I've missed someone in my quick review of the portfolios).

Although that might change in the 3 1/2 hours of trading left in 2001, probably not.

In any event, Jim, it's probably time to post the address of your designated charity "Lane Shelter Care, an agency which serves homeless in Eugene, Oregon", so that we can get our checks in the mail Monday to get a tax deduction for 2001.

Also a phone number if the agency is equipped to take VISA card donations by phone (like last year's selection by MZ, the national ALS Foundation)?

Otherwise, a check mailed before midnight 12/31 will qualify for the tax deduction.

Again, congratulations Jim.
