Ken,

Remember when the Swami predicted that RIGL would move after their quiet period ended a few weeks ago. Was 7 and is now 10. The Swami speaks again of another new Bio-tech called GNVC. The quiet period ends on 1/6/01. Looks pretty good to me with 3 possible buy recommendations.

Joe

Ken, the NY Times article just confirms what you've been saying about buy side analysts. Nothing new, but I thought you might enjoy the article.

HURC I remember well from the DIS days. You might recall that Cary called the co. several times asking them when they expected to get a Naz listing. No one returned his call, but through perserverance and determination Cary was able to force management to confess that they were already listed. <ggg>

HURC has been winning law suits for years. Is there anyone left that hasn't settled ? Income last year minus the settlement was about $25k. and adjusted for a higher Euro would still be substantially less than the settlement amount. HURC has ambitious plans for the near future and they have pared down their debt, as you noted. Let's keep an eye on it.

SBL received very favorable comments in the new BizWeek and did well in spite of my comments to the contrary.
