Dave and everyone, what kind of person do you think Bush will appoint to head the FDA? Put aside the abortion issue if you can or at least cover other aspects. I am trying to get insights about what can really be done any differently than it done at present. Does the titular head of an agency such as the FDA have any real power to make other than cosmetic changes?
